3 Day EAGALA Fundamentals Training -  Part 2 - Certification

Pre-requisite:

 

Completion of Level 1 (2006 and before) or Fundamentals Part 1 (2007 onwards):

Required for Certification:

 

Completion of Professional Development Portfolio (click here for form)
The PDP can be submitted before, at the Part 2 or shortly after to complete the requirements for Fundamentals Certification.

Programme:

8.30 am to 4.30 pm daily (lunch 1 hour). The last session may end early or late depending on number of participants. Please bring your Professional Development Portfolio to the Part 2 if you can.
Liability:  All participants will be required to sign a Release of Liability form at the training in order to participate and a photo release for use of pictures in the EAGALA magazine.  Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Attendance:

You must attend the entire training to receive a full Fundamentals Certification and meet the requirement to progress to Advanced Training.

Cost:

 

The training price includes lunches, and Part 2 training supplement - please bring your original 'Untraining' Manual as this includes Part 2 content.
Numbers are restricted to 16 people to ensure a higher level of participation and individualized learning.

Minimum deposit of £ 100.00 per person is due with this registration form for Part 2 Training.
Full Fee for Extension Workshop.

Refund Policy:

100% refund up to 21 days before the event. After that refunds available minus a £50 administration fee per person. No refund for no-show on the day.

Deposit £100 minimum per person must be paid with registration to secure a place on a Part 2 Training.
The balance must then be paid
21 days or more before the training.

Full fee must be paid to secure a place on an Extension Workshop.

Its a good idea to keep a printed copy of the registration form and payment details.

Cancellation Policy: EAGALA reserves the right to cancel the workshop in which case all fees will be refunded to participants. Travel, accommodation and any costs are not recoverable from EAGALA in the event of cancellation by either party. EAGALA strongly advise participants take out insurance to cover cancellation.

On receipt of registration and deposit, acknowledgment will be sent and a place or places reserved if deposit paid.
Registration without deposit will only be reserved for 14 days.
 A receipt will only be sent if requested.
Places on the workshop are limited to 20 to ensure quality of training for participants on Part 2 courses.
