Refund, Cancellation, Change and Liability:

Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received two weeks prior to the conference for full refund. Thereafter refund minus £50.
Cancellation Policy:
In the unlikely event of cancellation of an event, EAGALA will return any fees received in advance. Travel, accommodation and any other costs are not recoverable from EAGALA in the event of cancellation by either party. EAGALA strongly advise participants to take out insurance to cover cancellation.
Change Policy: EAGALA reserves the right to amend or cancel the event. This includes changes to the speakers, content, programme, times and dates.
Limitation of Liability: EAGALA does not accept responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending this event. EAGALA accepts no responsibility for any loss incurred while using material or information gained at this event. The copyright of all training materials rests with the presenters and EAGALA may not be held responsible for any infringements as a result of plagiarism, libel, slander or any misuse of any material.
